The Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information, which may include personal information (collectively, the “Information”).
Contact Information. We collect your contact information on our Sites when you voluntarily provide it to us. For example, you may disclose contact information to us via the “Contact Us” link on our Sites, submit information by mail, telephone, or electronically, when signing up for newsletters, alerts, whitepapers, legal insights and other marketing communications, or when you register to attend an event or program. Contact Information may include first name, last name, e-mail address, postal address, employer, telephone number and other information that identifies you or can be used to identify or contact you.
Job Applicant Information. If you apply for a position at PMC via the Sites, you may provide us with Contact Information in addition to a resume, employment history, and education and qualification details.
Geolocation Information. Certain features and functionalities of our Sites are based on your location. In order to provide these features and functionalities while you are using a mobile device, we may, with your consent, automatically collect geolocation information from your mobile device or wireless carrier and/or certain third-party service providers. You may decline to allow us to collect such Geolocation Information, in which case we may not be able to provide certain features or functionalities to you.
Cookies. We may also collect information using cookies, small packets of data that a website stores on your hard drive so that your computer will “remember” information about your visit to our Sites. If you do not want cookies placed on your hard drive, you may be able to turn that feature off on your computer. Please consult your Internet browser’s documentation for instructions. However, if you decide not to accept cookies from us, the Sites may not function properly
Analytics Information. We may engage third party analytics services (such as Google Analytics) to collect and analyze various data regarding your usage and activity on the Sites. How We Use and Share Information
Aggregated Data. We may analyze your personal information in aggregate form which does not identify you personally (“Aggregated Data”). The Aggregated Data may be used to operate, maintain, manage, and improve the Sites, shared with our affiliates, agents, and business partners, and otherwise used and disclosed for lawful business purposes.
Reorganization. If in the future PMC undergoes a corporate, partnership, or business reorganization, we may transfer the Information, including personal information, to the surviving entity.
Disclosure to Public Authorities. If we reasonably believe that we are required to do so by law, we will disclose personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including for the purpose of meeting national security or law enforcement requirements. How We Protect Your Personal information
We take commercially reasonable steps to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Please understand, however, that no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our databases, nor can we guarantee that the personal information that you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to and from us over the Internet.
Accessing and Modifying Personal Information and Communication Preferences
You may manage your receipt of marketing and non-transactional communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of any marketing email. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to process such requests in a timely manner.
Notice to Nevada Residents
If you are a resident of Nevada, you have the right to opt-out of the sale of certain personal information to third parties who intend to license or sell that personal information. You can exercise this right by contacting us at info@PMC-wireless.com with the subject line “Nevada Do Not Sell Request” and providing us with your name and the email address associated with your account. Please note that we do not currently sell your personal information as sales are defined in Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A.
